Employee Health COVID-19 Testing and Reporting Updates
COVID-19 Testing for Employees
Employees who exhibit symptoms or who have been exposed to a COVID-19 positive person should receive a COVID-19 test. Exposed employees (regardless of their vaccination status) should be tested on day 5 after the exposure but can continue to work as long as they remain without symptoms and work in a non high-risk area.
Please note: Asymptomatic employees will only be tested on day five after exposure.
Northside facilities are for work-related testing only. Employees are also able to visit outside facilities for testing.
Northside Testing Locations
When reviewing appointment locations, options available will include one of our six Northside Urgent Care facilities and the Northside Gwinnett Employee Health drive-up location. Please carefully review these locations and select the one most convenient for you.
Employees should complete an Employee Health COVID-19 Guidance Survey to record their symptoms and then self-schedule using the link at the end of the survey. Employees should also complete another Employee Health COVID-19 Guidance Survey after receiving their COVID-19 test results to report the results and correct return to work date.
Please note: Asymptomatic employees will only be tested on day five after exposure.
